Managing Director Operations

* Degree in engineering and additional education in economics

* Minimum of 15 years managerial and operational experience in the combined production industry

* Knowledge of and operational experience with lean production systems and Six Sigma Tools

* Management Experience

• Increasing constantly the performance by developing business processes, realizing operational excellence, implementing the strategic business plan.

• Contributing to the development and execution of the strategic business plan

• Analysis of technical and operational processes and work flows

• Seeking constantly for process improvement, optimization of yield and reduction of operating costs

• Initiating and steering projects to optimize all operational processes

• Steering KPI and benchmark processes

• Tracking and monitoring effectiveness of business routines and metrics

• Recommending and implementing changes to ensure achievement of business objectives

• Acting as a change agent by challenging existing approaches and methodologies

• Defining and formulating short and long term goals
