Lean Trainer

• Provide training on Lean tools/methods for all the country sites:
o theoretical training
o practical application
o group work with debriefing
• Ensure the update of training content in consistency with the in-house program
• Observe trainee behaviour and give regular behavioural feedback
• Accompany changes during the training period
• Evaluate trainee satisfaction and training effectiveness
• Continuously improve and adapt the training by the use of training tools (publications – articles – texts – videos) in accordance with the Head of the in house Lean Program
• Support the re-integration of trainees into existing transformation areas or other lean improvement projects in order to ensure value added impact of training
• Merging existing content of best practices (which has not been covered and defined by Lean) into the Lean Tool-kit in a joint effort

This international manufacturing company is looking for high potential Lean experts. The position provides you with access to the senior Management and a great opportunity to develop your skills.

Your will be measured on gaining acceptance of Lean Philosophy and Tools throughout the organization (from shop-floor level to upper management levels)

The client expects you to support the traceability of trainees and their follow-up (assigned role in transformation area, in specific lean or improvement project – also integrating support functions into production)

Key Criteria: Experience in trianing (both group & individual)
3 to 5 years Manufacturing experience
Excellent communicator at all levels
Good influencing skills
French and English required
Spanish/German would be an added advantage
