The organisation is activity looking to realise cost benefit and process efficency by outsourcing a number of key areas in the HR organisation. With over 2000 employees in HR globally, this is huge challenge and the consultants delivering these strands will need to be comfortable with resistance and roadblocking stakeholders, particularly in the areas earmarked for the BPO.
