My client is the UK division of a large global FMCG company, with several well-known high street brands. Due to internal promotion, it is currently looking for a new Business Transformation Champion.

Reporting to the UK Managing Director, you will lead the Transformation programme, including direct management of 7 Black Belts / Change Agents.

You will be a strategic thinker who can evolve business strategy into functional plans and tactics. You will be able to work effectively with Executives across all areas of the business, helping them identify and deliver transformation projects.

Due to the continued growth of the business (both organic and through acquisition), experience of plant closure/opening, acquisitions and divestitures would be valuable.

Your priorities will be to:
- Further embed the disciplines of Lean Sigma into the business, gaining a high level of employee engagement.
- Deliver transformation programmes across all areas of the business.
- Focus on growing brand recognition, plus develop new plant capability.

Finally, your approach must be hands-on - someone who knows when to roll their sleeves up and get involved in projects when required.
