The global head of HR is the key sponsor for the organisational change programme which is focused on 3 specific areas. The main area of attention is the build of a Service Delivery organisation (around 950 employees). This shared service center will operate as a center of excellence for all HR strands including recruiting, revenues & benefits, business partner support, trainng and development. These specialist areas will sit within your remit in Service Delivery with a focus on cost reduction, cycle time improvement and overall increased customer satisfaction.
