Working within a global peer group, you will lead the regional deployment of Service Excellence across the CIO area of the leading services organisation. Aligned to the global technology organisation, you will manage key relationships at the Business Unit level to improve the service quality of the IT / Technology organisation to the firm. Using your process improvement and change skills, you will work to understand the key issues in the business and then execute the appropriate solution and project with a focus on improving quality, cost and efficiency. You will need to operate in a project delivery capacity for most of the time but you will also need to train and coach others in order to install some transfer of learning in the IT Service Delivery areas. An understanding of the SDLC process will be beneficial as you'll interact with this part of the business as the program develops.

Program Lead - Technical Excellence

You will lead the change program focused on quality across the front end group technology area of this leading US bank. Working closely with the developer organisation (part owned / part outsourced) and the key business leaders in the CIO organisation, you will identify the initiatives to drive increased software quality and process rigour in order to decrease the time to market as well as the reduced risk.
Ideally, you'll be familar with the testing environment and be able to communicate on a both a technical and commercial platfrom. The key element of this role is the execution of the change agenda as you'll be highly visable at the group and Business Unit level across the world.

Master Black Belt

Successful candidates will have extensive Lean and Six Sigma implementation experience within the service and or production industry:

• 3+ years Master Black Belt experience
• Six Sigma accreditation
• Prior leadership experience with proven management development
• At least 3+ years of experience in the application of statistical tools in the business environment to drive process improvement
• Experience in operating model design from business strategy and process improvement either as part of significant strategic transformation programmes or as part of new technology initiatives

• You will have relevant experience with a focus on the full life cycle of business transformation: from Target Operating Model design; through to operations transformation, including process reengineering and operational performance improvement.
• Involvement in the development and deployment of a wider business transformation programme incorporating Lean Six Sigma techniques, involving activities beyond programme delivery such as strategic programme selection, change and communications.
• Training and coaching others in Lean Six Sigma techniques in either a classroom or on the job environment.
• Be responsible for programmes leading to savings and behavioural change
- Document the financial expectations of the programme and facilitate agreement between with the Business Transformation Performance Manager, the Business Sponsor and the Master Black Belt.
- Determine metrics necessary to demonstrate hard and soft savings
• Enhance and develop metrics for key services processes; make visible and hold people accountable.
• Drive improvements and standardization of tools used for driving services success.
• Ensure all projects are measurable and providing significant impact to the business
• Lead the black belt team to work together to successfully deliver the BT strategy and specific programme deliverables.
• In conjunction with other business transformation team members, serve as a change agent in institutionalizing Lean Six Sigma quality across the Eaga group.

Lean Consultant (French speaker)

- Consulting experience (internal or external)
- Must be fluent in English and French

My client is a niche Operational Improvement consultancy, and currently looking for a bi-lingual (English and French) Lean Consultant.

You will be an experienced Lean practitioner, either within a manufacturing, engineering or supply chain environment, plus be happy to work as a consultant in both the UK and France.

You can use either the UK or France as your base location, but will be on an English contract in either instance.

As well as having Lean expertise, you will have well developed client facing and inter-personal skills.
