Pacific’s Energy and Environmental Services team, headed by Sofia Benmouffok, has introduced a number of key leaders for this Clean Technology organization’s Sales and Accounts divisions to lead the client’s Business Development throughout the United States.
First retained to build a strategic accounts group to co-ordinate relationship management for the client’s growing Commercial and Industrial Group, Pacific identified key individuals with strong technical aptitude, ability to understand the diverse product offering, and strong project management backgrounds to deal with high demand, high value customers.
With the consolidation of their client-base, partly through the strategic accounts management provided via Pacific, the client planned to extend their Clean Energy offering nationally and move into the Operations and Maintenance market. Pacific was asked to engage to manage the recruitment process for leadership in this new field.
Pacific successfully delivered on search projects for a National Sales manager, Business Development Manager and Director of Regional Accounts, who have shaped the vision and strategy of the client’s expanding operations.
Speaking of the strong growth in the Clean Tech market and the importance of delivering the human capital needed to support expanding operations, Pacific’s head of Energy and Environmental Services said: “The clean technology product space is has experienced significant growth in the Americas as a whole as well as a significant influx of foreign competition which is driving a phenomenal amount of price pressure”
