A team of Program Managers focused on Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence has been delivered for a client specializing in portfolio management for high-net-worth individuals, families, and foundations.

Delivering these alongside a Head of Development and Head of Training to support and oversee process re-engineering and digital transformation, Pacific has built the client’s transformation team from scratch with eight hires placed over 18 months.
