The increasing number of RPA programs in the Financial Services industry leaves those businesses looking to leverage Process Automation, facing a disparity in the supply of experienced talent. Pacific’s finger is on the pulse of emerging market trends, and has been building an established network of individuals who have the track-record of implementing RPA programs, giving us a strong talent-pool in this niche area.
Pacific’s Mark Atkinson and his team, have successfully closed a search project for an RPA Lead with an international insurance group based in the UK and with offices worldwide. They have launched an RPA program to enhance customer experience and engagement through their website supported by process automation.
Having previously begun the search with a generic search firm, the lack of candidates with the desired experience caused the client to turn to Pacific to realise their goals.
Working closely with the client’s Director of Operational Excellence, Pacific presented a fully screened shortlist of candidates for the role, specifically those displaying sufficient gravitas to lead the RPA deployment and lead a team of Business Analysts that they would be responsible for building.
The RPA Lead was part of wider end-to-end process improvement activities across the customer service teams that would transform the customer experience and deliver millions of pounds of savings by the end of 2017.
On closing the project the Head of Recruitment, working in collaboration with the Director of Operational Excellence, said: ‘Mark partnered with us throughout the sourcing and interview stage. The candidate is now settled into the business and has made an excellent start to his career here. I found Pacific credible, knowledgeable and easy to work with and would certainly seek their support again for hiring in this area.’
