Pacific’s Manufacturing, Engineering and Production team has undertaken a 24-month partnership with a leading supplier of food to major US supermarkets and restaurants, delivering key leaders in Operations, Operational Excellence and Strategic Management.
The client was looking to ramp-up their operations, and embark on a business transformation that would allow the client to greatly expand their activities, and retained Pacific initially to recruit an Operations Director and two OPEX Managers. Pacific’s team, led by Adam Nuzie, liaised with key stakeholders to understand the goals of their transformation and how the new roles would aid their ambitious growth plans.
On the back of these initial hires in Operations and OPEX, Pacific was charged with the search for over 15 additional leaders to oversee and implement the client’s transformation strategy across the business ranging from Sales to Operations / Supply Chain leaders.
Pacific delivered several director and president-level hires with a remit to lead many of the organization’s core value areas in its key locations nationwide. This included Regional Presidents tasked with providing strong leadership and oversight over operations in their area, alongside a Logistics Director and a Sales Director.
