Pacific’s Americas Manufacturing, Engineering and Production team is working with one of the largest Global Packaging companies to place Performance Improvement leadership across the client’s North American plants to pursue the company’s Continuous Improvement program and act as Lean Champions throughout the organization.
With the client aiming to create a Lean culture throughout their locations, Pacific was tasked with looking for strong seasoned leadership that could make a diagnostic at the plants in a short amount of time, and apply Lean Manufacturing principles. The client sought a Plant Performance Improvement Leader and multiple Regional Plant Performance Improvement leaders charged with deploying Lean initiatives at multiple locations.
The client wanted individuals with specific experience in working in a short-cycle-time, high-volume environment, with proven experience in implementing similar Lean/Performance Improvement projects elsewhere. Equally important was their ability to go onto the Plant floor and create KPIs to measure the efficiency savings the client sought. For the Regional Performance Improvement Managers, working across multiple locations and a willingness to travel was critical.
Using both our established network and headhunting local talent, Pacific identified candidates with both global experience and local talent that could deliver the changes the client wanted. Through the provision of talent demonstrating the assertiveness and leadership, Pacific has been able to deliver individuals that will drive forward the client’s plans and enhance their operations to position them for greater growth.
