A global leading manufacturing organisation specialising in building materials is embarking on a global growth and transformation journey in which our firm is successfully delivering exemplary individuals to join the organisation.

Since March 2019, Pacific have successfully placed 11 senior leaders into the organisation across Europe and the Americas. Our Manufacturing and Engineering sector Account Manager, Sahar Akhtar is leading the European projects, working closely with the hiring managers, whilst Kathryn Williams and Paul Galanti have delivered on the search projects in the Americas.

Founded in the mid-1900s, our multi-billion dollar client is part of the FTSE 500. They have been identifying individuals in the transformation not just for one role, but for someone who can bring their knowledge from previous manufacturing organisations to deliver on a variety of roles over the span of their career at the company. They are interested in experienced people who wish to grow and develop professionally within a world-leading manufacturing brand.  Sahar Akhtar’s first successful introduction for the organisation was a female Plant Leader based in a highly visible Business Unit facility in Spain. This individual was the first female Plant Leader the business had hired in EMEA and has now herself become a client due to the strong relationship that Sahar formed with her during the process based on his excellent communication skills with both the client and candidates.

Using our extensive network and focus on headhunted candidates, Sahar has delivered tier-one candidates who have made strides within the manufacturing industry and who have progressed quickly. These corporate positions have included leaders covering full Plant/GM, Maintenance, Operations, TPM, Supply Chain and Finance/Accounting Management.

In the US, our team situated in our Philadelphia office has successfully delivered 5 exclusive searches including the TPM/Quality Director who is responsible for all of Quality at a plant in Tennessee, which is a vital role for the Business Unit.
