Adam was Pacific’s first hire in the US in 2011, having previously been instrumental in implementing a global talent transformation at one of the biggest back office sales and collections agencies in North America.
In his first two years, Adam was heavily involved in successfully delivering over 25 search assignment projects in the Manufacturing & Engineering sector, across a number of sub-industries. Adam also spent several weeks in the UK working with Pacific’s directors and learning our brand and values.
As the first US hire, Adam has also been a driving force behind the growth of our New York operations. He was also influential in the development of our new California office, which opened in San Francisco in summer 2016.
Adam has grown our manufacturing client base with a core focus on working with C-level executives and senior internal Human Resource leaders.
With a passion for helping organizations grow and achieve their goals, many of Adam’s projects have involved securing senior level hires, bringing in fresh leadership to turnaround previously unsuccessful change programs and reinvigorating businesses on flat growth trajectories to turn them into growing, profitable businesses.
Adam’s responsibilities have grown to include building out the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sector in the US prior to its launch in mid-2016 and managing the New York office liaising closely with our other offices and Group MD.
Outside of work, Adam keeps active playing soccer and basketball, and has recently bought a new house with his wife whom he married in mid-2015.
Adam graduated from the University of Rhode Island, College of Business in 2009.
