Manuel’s career with Pacific started in 2014, in our London offices, having graduated from the University of Kufstein (Austria) with a degree in International Business Studies.
Based on his language capabilities and early delivery at an Account Manager with clients in our Industrial sectors, Manuel strengthened his network of CxO and business and HR leaders in the DACH and wider EMEA business unit. He played a pivotal role in the decision to open the first Pacific office in Mainland Europe, in Düsseldorf in the summer of 2018.
Manuel is an industry-recognized expert in his field, drawing upon his deep market knowledge and rich experience delivering Human Capital projects in Operations, End-to-End Supply Chain, IT Strategy and Sales executives with regional family owned as well as global companies.
Prior to Pacific and during his studies, Manuel gathered work experience at a renowned first-tier automotive supplier, providing him with valuable industry-specific insights. With a keen interest in the technologically driven advances shaping today’s manufacturing industry, a growing number of his projects have included topics such as Industry 4.0, Data Science and machine learning helping clients to get ahead of imminent industry disruptions.
Since mid 2019, Manuel is now in a leadership position as Regional Manager, continues to serve many of Pacific’s long-standing clients and his team is specialised on core sectors in the Germany and Mainland Europe like Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Technology and Professional Services.
In his spare time, Manuel is a keen skier, runner and sailor. He also enjoys travelling overseas, playing football and watching the German Bundesliga. He is also the current Pacific football league champion!
Manuel’s career with Pacific stared in October 2014, having graduated from the University of Kufstein (Austria) with an honours degree in International Business Studies. Based on his multi-lingual and German-native language capabilities, Manuel was perfectly placed to strengthen the DACH division before moving his focus towards the Automotive and Aerospace sector, which he now heads up across the EMEA region.
In his first year, Manuel was responsible for delivering on several key search mandates such as the Global Head of Purchasing for a 3 billion Manufacturing Company, a Group Director role of Process Engineering role for a global Chemical Company and he worked closely with the senior line management and HR executives alike. Manuel’s proven ability to assess and understand his client’s needs and their respective business strategy has helped him to continuously contribute to each organisations’ long-term success, not simply the headcount.

With a keen interest in the technological driven advances shaping today’s Automotive and Aerospace industry, a growing number of his projects have included topics such as autonomous driving and connected car/craft communication, helping clients to get ahead of imminent industry disruptions.
Interests Outside of work, Manuel is a keen skier in the wintertime, enjoys to go running and travelling in Europe as well as overseas with friends. Manuel graduated from the University of Kufstein with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business (AT).
