An engineer and process improvement executive with more than 20 years’ experience in Operational Excellence programs globally, Angel is responsible for developing and executing Operational Excellence initiatives across the organisation.
Dale Easdon
Dale is a process improvement leader specialising in turnaround and growth. With global experience leading Lean Manufacturing and Management programs in food manufacturing and culinary excellence at LSG Sky Chefs and Taylor Farms among others, Dale is now Chief Operating Officer at Snap Kitchen, the ‘one-stop healthy meal shop’ based out of Austin, Texas.
Mark Parsons
Mark has extensive management and leadership experience in Process Re-engineering , Portfolio Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma and Leadership Development at blue chip companies including Credit Suisse and HSBC. With a strong track record working across three continents in Retail and Investment Banking, Mark is Regional Lead, Lean and Automation at Barclays Bank in New York.
David Howells
David Howells is MD of Pacific, an international executive search firm operating out of London, New York and Sydney. With a background in economics and marketing, David specialises in managing search projects in the fields of Operational Management, Performance Improvement and Re-engineering, PMI, Restructuring and Turnaround.
David Bovis
David Bovis is MD of Duxinaroe, a change management consultancy firm based in the UK. David has spent over 20 years leading change across Europe, developing world-class manufacturing, Lean and Six Sigma programs and studying psychology and neuroscience to deliver a deeper understanding of organisational culture and performance.
