Job Description

Our client is a global end to end provider of Digital Services and Digital Platforms. They develop digital technology that helps people work smarter, better and faster. They create bespoke solutions for public and private organisations all over the world and build innovative software platforms that make life easier for clients and their customers.

To capitalise on the success of the European business, they expanded their operations to North America and are currently growing at an impressive rate of 67% YOY. To keep the growth momentum, the organisation is investing into their sales team and are looking for ambitious, high energy sales professionals to join the team.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for both new and existing business relationships. On the account management side, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within those accounts. You will also need to report accurately on account activity, plans, opportunities, revenue, margin, etc. There will be a need to put deals together that meet sales, revenue and profitability objectives (annual targets upwards of $3-5m) and ensure that the work contracted is compatible to the strategy and goals.

They are looking for hunters not farmers. To maintain the ambitious growth objectives for the business you will need to lead and drive new business across North America by creating new accounts, based on building an extensive network of industry contacts. Using on a combination of new and existing accounts, you will build and maintain a rich pipeline of opportunities which will enable you to forecast accurately across future quarters, maintaining predictability of future revenue.

They look for people who are team players, work collaboratively with other members of the sales team, delivery colleagues, legal, marketing and operations. You will also work closely with colleagues from other business units as well as industry partners to ensure that cross-selling opportunities are maximized. You will be a good negotiator and proficient in senior stakeholder management.
