This role will be responsible for developing and governing a global communcations business process architecture as they go through change and transformation.
You will be part of a central process team, collaborating with other business lines and teams to develop, maintain and improve the process architecture.
You must ensure that the process architecture aligns with other functions and systems in the business such as their Quality Management System and IT architecture.
- Implementation, management and governance of a process architecture within a process repository.
- Enable the implementation of a continuous improvement framework to the process architecture.
- Experience working within a quality management system to meet audit requirements.
- Experience working with senior management and business leaders.
