Our client, a leading human services organisation, is currently undergoing a rapid organisation wide change and transformation program. As a result of this, they are looking to bring a Change Manager on board to drive business performance.
This person will have a key role in developing change strategies and implementing business improvements as well as driving both employee engagement and leadership enablement. This candidate will ideally have 2-3 years experience in developing organisation wide change strategies.
- Experience in organisation wide transformation programs.
- Past experience in either Lean or AGILE methodologies.
- Leadership experience.
- Black Belt is favourable.
