Job Description

My client is a global leader in the metals industry. With over $ 5 billion in sales and over 4,000 employees worldwide. The company is now looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader to establish and build out their CI function across the UK.


Key responsibilities:

- Development of a lean strategy in cooperation with the global CI Director

- Function as an internal consultant for change management

- Identification of problems and development of solutions

- Execution of a lean/CI training

- Successful end-to-end project management



- Sucessfully completed studies (mechanical engineering, mathematics, finance or similar field), MBA prefers

- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt)

- Experience in the successful management of international projects

- Good knowledge of Minitab software, Visio and Flowcharting / Process mapping software

- Solution-oriented way of working
