Job Description

Pacific is engaged with a top-tier law firm within the magic circle. As such, we are seeking a strong project manager in a brand new role that has a firm focus on change and continuous improvement in end-to-end financial processes.

The underlying goal will be to scope, road map and spear head improvement projects within an agile organization. The candidate will work alongside the financial department, providing continuous improvement to the business services. Furthermore, the candidate is required to lead workshops in process improvement within the UK base and other global hubs.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a professional environment and have delivered key transformation training and projects. The candidate is also required to have experience in a variety of financial process improvement projects.

It is also desirable that the candidate have a green or black belt in Lean Six sigma, but still continue to be agile and think outside of the box, being analytical with their thinking. Excellent communication skills are also essential.
