Our client, a leading human services organisation, is currently undergoing a rapid organisation wide change and transformation program. As a result of this, they are looking to bring a Digital Transformation Change Manager on board to drive business performance.
This person will have a key role in developing change strategies and implementing business improvements throughout the whole organisation as well as driving both employee engagement and leadership enablement. This candidate will ideally have 2-3 years experience in developing digital transformation strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating the way forward and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment. This is a great opportunity for those wishing to leave a mark in a values based organisation.
Requirements
- Experience in organisation wide digital transformation programs.
- Past experience in either Lean or AGILE methodologies.
- Leadership experience.
- Black Belt is favourable.
