Our Investment Management client has retained us on a search to recruit for a Director of Client Services.
Under the leadership of their inspirational CEO and change savvy COO, this UNHW Private Client Service Investment Management is growing it's year on year asset book by some $3-5 billion AUM. The target of $100 billion will be hit by 2021. With this increased growth, the firm is challenged with continuing to provide high level of internal and external client service and also maintaining and improvement best practices and processes across the Operations / Back Office organization.
With a Private Client Service team of some 60 FTE's the group is considered a high-impact / high-intensity operational team that goes the extra mile for clients and FA's alike. Working closely with the Client Service managers and the leadership team for the firm, you'll be tasked with Program and Project Managing large projects focused on business improvement, digital and data transformation activities.
Key to the role will be to drive a focus on 'best in class' activities whilst looking at process automation and online service offering. The ideal candidate will possess high energy, great skill and an inquisitive nature for the better of the business.
Our client wants to bring someone on board who has a knack for change management and could faciliate ways to improve the practices of the organization and the divisions involved.
While the main focus is the Client Services Group, this position will interact with several teams and departments.
Strong communicator/engaging individual will excel.
Financial services background preferred- doesn't necessarily need to be Investment Management although a thorough understanding of the industry would be beneficial.
Six Sigma experience is favored.
