Pacific International's Financial Services team has been engaged to support the regional leadership team of this leading Financial Services brand as they embark on their most significant change programme in it's history.
The programme of change and excellence that you'll lead will include the creation of the strategy as well as working with key leaders in Operations, Technology and HR to create the plan for resources and talent acquisition of strong delivery talent with Lean / Six Sigma and Operational Transformation backgrounds. Working closely with the leadership team in EMEA, you will focus on some key end to end activities within the business like Operations, Contact Centres, Sales, Marketing and Product / Software Development for internal Fintech activities.
In addition to looking at growth transformation, you'll also need to drive improvements focused on cost and efficency gains in order to de--couple expense growth from revenue growth. As the programme develops, you'll need to drive additional activities in the business units including automation, AI, Machine Learning and cognitive / chat bot activities as part of the enterprise target operating model.
Within EMEA, you'll have a key seat and voice with the ExCo to drive the innovation of change through the firm and you'll also work with similar Director's of Excellence in the other regions across the world.
Qualifications & Experience-
* Experience in leading a large Operational / Performance Excellence and Change programme with mulit-million pound/dollar benefit realisation on an annualised / multi-year run rate
* Lean / Master Black Belt certification and high technical (but pragmatic) experience in tools and methodology
* Experience in areas like Innovation, Automation Development, Fintech
* A strong process and data thinking mindset and the ability to drive and motivate executives
* Business degree educated
