Pacific International has been retained by the Vice President of Human Resources to transform the Human Resources function throughout the entire business.
My client is a major privately held $2.5 billion food manufacturing organization with over 15 facilities throughout the United States. The Director of Human Resources will report directly to the General Manager of each facility, with oversight of the entire HR function in the plant. This person will be looked at to manage, support, coach and provide guidence to all employees in the plant, based on company values & policies.
The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for building a strong team, as well as working closely across all of operations. With major growth in the business, HR will be leaned on to not only transform the business, but create policies / procedures.
