Pacific International has been engaged exclusively to support this global corporate brand as they embark on their continued enterprise transformation led by the CEO and executive board. 


Following a number of years of continued measured growth, the business is deploying a number of business excellence activities focused on maximizing the growth opportunity through organic and acquisition as well as a key strategic focus on customer centric B2B and B2C product offerings and new Saas platforms. 


Specifically in EMEA, their fastest growth market, the focus on B2B has lead to double digit growth and EBITDA. 


As the Head of Sales and Commercial Transformation, you will work directly with the Chief Sales Officer and Commercial Officer to take their relatively immature Sales business on a journey of change focused on creating best practice and smart business processes that will allow the firm to maximize its position in the market as well as improve the client experience and bespoke sales approach. 


Within the Sales organization of approx 750 FTE’s across the EMEA business footprint, you’ll need to engage the sales leaders and key stakeholders to drive improvement based activities (programmes and projects). As the business operates within a matrix structure, you’ll operate as a strategic individual contributor and form project teams from the existing subject matter expertise. Over time, the opportunity to build a small Sales Transformation COE will likely materialize. 


Experience in driving change in a commercial B2B or B2C environment as well as a background in fast paced technology / innovation business where both people and data are key to the success of the firm will be crucial. Professional services experience will also be important to understand the size and scope of the sales processes for this business. 


Although the role is based in London, the position will cover EMEA so prior regional or global experience is essential to under the cultural complexity of both internal sales people and the external client population.
