Pacific International has been retained by this nationally recognized Investment Management and Private Banking firm with major operations across the US with hubs on the East Coast (NY Metro) and also West Coast in Southern California.
Supporting the Head of Transformation and Change (under the direction of the CEO), this position will lead the set up and build of the Program Management Office for the Investment Management business unit which currently manages some $40 billion AUM with growth plans taking the investment portfolio to $100 billion by YE 2020.
As the PMO lead, you will oversea the current project portfolio relating to all projects within Front Office, Operations, Technology and special projects. The firm is fully committed to Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence as well as launching a new Digital Transformation under the newly appointed Chief Digital Officer. Experiences in these types of initatives will be key and the PMO will work directly with the leaders of these groups.
In addition to Digital, the firm is going through a major CRM upgrade to assist the Sales / FA community to better serve it's high touch / UHNW client base.
Key deliverables for the role in the first 12 months of the role will be:-
- Bring in governance and policies / dashboards for the whole project portfolio across all the business unit entities
- Build the trust and buy in with all key CXO / SVP stakeholders to create a better portfolio view for the change activities for the firm.
- Provide monthly updates for the portfolio to the CXO in review sessions
- Start to incorporate agile and SCRUM thinking into the PMO office.
