Pacific has been engaged to support the CXO of this leading Financial Services firm with a global footprint as it embarks on phase two of it global transformation and change programme which supports all divisions and regions of the firm.
Under the leadership of the Group Technology and Operations officer, you'll be tasked with leading the strategic central office which is responsible for creating, co-ordinating and executing the activities including traditional Operational Excellence (Lean / Six Sigma), Operational Improvement, Data Management, Technology / Innovation change and also role out automation and an initiative centred on customer and client experience.
With your central office, you will have an internal team of subject matter 'consultants' who will work closely with senior stakeholders in the business lines to seel the change concepts and also provide support as they drive OPEX and Change activities in their business units.
Additionally, you'll manage the internal communications for the programme as well as sit on the innovation board for the firm and thus engage with fintech start-ups, technology and generic consulting vendors.
This London based position will require global travel and also no be considered a traditional working day as you'll be delivering with stakeholders and dotted line reports across the world.
Strong leadership experience and an extensive track record in driving a global programme of this nature will be essential. Strong OPEX and Change background and delivery experience in a 'consensus driven' and pragmatic change environment.
