Global Strategic Change Leader

Job Description

Pacific International’s EMEA team has been retained by this leading global infrastructure and supply chain business as they embark on phase 2 of their transformation strategy across their matrixed and distributed business operations. 


As an experienced Global leader, you will have a strong background in driving and leading change ideally within a Lean Business System environment. Your knowledge in Lean Management will allow you engage with the global leadership stakeholders like the COO and CEO as well as local GM’s across the world as you drive the strategic alignment of the leadership to drive local activities using your operational excellence, Lean Sigma, strategy / policy deployment knowledge. 


The key to success of the role will be your ability to convince and mobilise local project teams and change agents to assist with the deployment of the business system activities through workshop, coaching/training and project execution focused on the strategic pillars. 


Experience - 

- Past change pieces of implementing Hoshin Kanri at a global scale

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in business or technical science/engineering 

- Certified Master Black Belt or Lean Sensei

- Mixed experiences across industry in manufacturing and services environment

- global citizen with experiences of working across multiple countries and regions

- passion for change with the business acumen and technical language for the right meeting or presentation

- familiarity with the “business system” culture and oversight of Hoshin Planning and Strategy Deployment 

- Industry preference in utilities, renewable energy or infrastructure logistics 

- ideally dual or trilingual in European languages to fit the stakeholder population for the firm
