Job Description

We are currently engaged with a global producer of devices used for refrigeration, air conditioning, motor control, heating, and mobile machinery. They are in search for a Head of Channel Sales to aid in a major sales transformation in their drives sector in North America.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual to develop the GTM strategy and improve capability of the channel sales team.  This leader should be naturally curious, open to new perspectives and able to navigate the waters of a complete matrix company. The Head of Channel Sales will be responsible for creating and driving a strategy to take on the growth of the department and overall organization.  In addition, they will be working alongside other Vertical Sales leaders to further establish brand value and improve performance metrics with existing market.

            Essential Functions:

  • Build out a high performing Sales team that creates strong long-term relationship with clients
  • Develop a strong GTM Sales strategy to further create a strong demand for the brand
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent experiences
  • 5+ years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
