Pacific's New York office has been engaged to continue to support this niche global consulting firm continue it's impressive growth plan by adding a key executive in the New York metro market to lead Sales and Business Development activities.
The firm has been operating for nearly a decade and was one of the first to market with Digital Transformation consulting for clients in Financial Services, Technology and industries like retail and CPG.
Under the leadership of an inspiring CEO and leadership team across the US, EMEA and Asia, you'll be working in an entrepreneurial and team based environment. As the Sales / Business Development leader, you'll be tasked with growing the consulting firms new and existing client portfolio in a number of areas including Operational & Technology excellence, Fraud / Cyber Transformation, Business Intelligence and broader Digital Transformation initatives.
Utilizing your prior consulting knowledge and skills set, you'll need to have demonstrable track record of leading the Sales process to win large consulting projects of between $1m-30m in size. This will also require you have the right Engagement Management experience to be able to support the 'delivery' mechanism within the firm and provide value in securing future work with the client base.
It will be critical for you to have sold consulting solutions in a complex market and ultimately bring a black book of contacts in the markets you know well. As the consulting business grows, you'll have further opportunities to build and scope out a regional and global sales footprint and sales team.
