The programme will change the way the company operates and improve the organisation’s efficiency and effectiveness, refresh priority IT information systems whilst supporting its aspirations to become a better and improved choice and valuable provider to its consumers.
The Transformation Programme includes work streams designed to equip the ompany to deliver service excellence through the development of new external customer facing services, and the implementation and customisation of its newley adopted and dynamic technology.
To be successful in this role you will need to posess a strong background in leading senior teams in a change and transformation environment within the service sector. You will need to bring strong Lean Six Sigma cridentials, along with a passion for improving the customer experience.
