Seeking a strong leader to spearhead total customer transformation for a key client in the energy services space. The role reports to the SVP of Sales and Marketing and the SVP of Operations.
The successful candidate will analyze existing processes across 35 separate brands/operations and develop a seamless and competitive customer journey. The Head of Customer Experience will also lead the development of processes for newly rolled out services as the client is currently going through massive growth of service offering. The goal is to create a robust and complete customer experience from end-to-end.
