Job Description

Pacific International Recruitment is an international boutique recruitment firm, with its headquarter in London and further offices in Germany and the US, which has been supporting candidates and clients in those regions for over 20 years.

For this interesting position, our client is a global player with the biggest portfolio in water technology, well known as a proven market leader in the water sector. In this role, you will be involved in commercializing digital marketing, driving sales engagement, and detecting new digital opportunities on both corporate and account level with B2B focus. Candidates with Digital Marketing and B2B experience and a strong understanding of diverse digital tools and their value are successful ones. Disciplinary and cross-functional team responsibility is required for this position. Main tasks:

  • Implement new digital tools to increase sales opportunities and improve conversion rates through marketing within the whole organization
  • Support the corporate and regional marketing teams, introduce new platforms and campaigns with B2B focus
  • Create an overall technical concept and help improving project execution while managing your budget and making sure the targets are met by your team
  • Discover further relevant digital tools (i.e. SEO, SEM, Google Analytics) and push regional and global campaigns
  • Analyse outcomes to understand campaign performance and conversion rates – challenge the current processes if needed
  • Disciplinary and technical team responsibility for 3 team members

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree with digital Marketing focus
  • +10 years of digital marketing experience
  • +5 years of experience within an industrial environment with B2B focus
  • Strong understanding of digital tools as for example SEO, SEM, Google Analytics
  • Disciplinary team responsibility for at least 2 employees and cross-functional leadership
  • Preferably experience in driving change (i.e. setting up new processes, implementing further digital tools, strengthening the commercial focus)
  • Strong experience in creating a road map and overseeing cost and time
  • Experience in working with teams from different cultures within a matrix organization
  • Strong understanding of driving sales engagement and increasing the overall conversation rate through digital marketing initiatives
  • Inspiring leadership style, dynamic and pragmatic character
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis
  • Fluency in English is required, fluency in other European language (i.e. Swedish, French or German) is of advantage
