- Drive Continuous Improvement within Inbound and Outbound Logistics, Planning department, Customer Service and Supply Chain Management.
- Establish a high-performance culture and deliver on corporate-wide targets.
- Improve the international SCM and Logistics operations model for the company.
- Create and lead the Germany-wide SCM and Logistics team that is located across multiple locations as well as the management units.
- Implement new Operating Model and drive day-to-day operations and outsource non-value adding tasks.
- Improve Customer Service Level and achieve OTIF of 98%.
- Drive Cost reduction within Logistics budget by 10%.
- Keep inventory levels sustainable at current level.
