As the Program Manager and worksteam leader supporting this Private Equity backed financial services client as they are drive through a major business transformation and change program across all areas of the firm.
Working closey with the new CHRO and the leadership team for the company, you will lead a major assessment of the HR organization as well as some of the key people and organizational process as you advise on the future state organizational design aligning with the broader c-suite strategy.
Strong experience in working functionally in areas like Learning and Development, Rewards / Compensation & Benefits and leadership coaching and mentoring will be a plus. The consulting firm you'll be supporting is also a strong execution focused firm in the areas of Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence.
The 6 month project will include a pre-set SOW and will likely develop out in additional HR transformation workstreams that you will lead.
