Job Description

Our client is a Fortune 500 company who is a market leader in industrial manufacturing. They have a global footprint and span across 25 countries with almost 30,000 employees.


Currently they are undergoing a global transformation within the entire organization focusing on the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The Human Resources Site Leader will own and drive the crucial TPM pillar of education and training as well as building leadership capabilities in the site team.


Being an effective communicator and connector will allow this individual to succeed. The ideal candidate will roll their sleeves up on the ground and be a hands-on leader to ensure engagement and motivation for the new change program.


This role is a wonderful opportunity to expand upon current skills, while setting the stage for bigger roles within the organization given the strategic importance and global visibility of this flagship facility.




  • Bachelor’s Degree within engineering or business disciplines
  • Ideally at least seven years human resources management experience in a medium or large plant
  • Experience working in a union environment as well as managing union negotiations
  • Has an eye for talent identification and inputting the best tools for people to develop professionally
  • Proven experience managing a direct team as well as being an influential leader across all departments at a site
  • Strong TPM experience or being a part of a similar change program within lean
