Job Description

Facility/Asset Maintenance Management Expert - 12 Month Contract

Our client, an international food manufacturing company with over 30,000 employees globally, is currently looking for a seasoned facilities and maintanance management expert to join one of their special projects team. The aim of this 12 month long project is to create a best practice facilities maintance process for a group of 30 pre-selected facilties before a global strategy rollout over all 200 sites. Personally you would be be responsible for 10 plants in Europe, Asia and Africa as key contributor to the success of the project.

Main responsibilites:

  • Define, deploy and update the global facility asset and maintenance strategies and standards
  • Align global standards with other safety measures and operations
  • Develope a standard best practive facilities maintenance process
  • Implement and review KPI's for the different region
  • Support in development of standard mainenance management process and management documentation
Skills and Experience needed:
  • Degree in Engineering or a related technical background
  • +7 years in maintenance management, maintance scheduling or asset condition assessment
  • Insight into strategic maintenance planning methods are a plus
  • Knowledge about CMMS and TPM are welcomed
  • Cultural awareness, cummunication/presentation/motivational skills needed
  • Fluent English, any additional languages are a plus
