A global energy conglomerate is driving a $0.5 Billion transformation of their national field services and Operations. This program will not only implement change management but also sustain it across legacy business operations.
This role is centralized within the Change Management Office (CMO), however, it executes programs locally, throughout the business units. It works alongside consulting business partners in Enablement and Engagement focus areas.
This individual will spearhead cross-functional stakeholder engagement with the program's senior-most sponsors, in addition to leading supporting change management resources. They will solve complex business problems such as unifying disparate operating models, improving processes, mitigating risk and aligning transformation efforts to customers' specific perspective.
Exceptional candidates are well-versed in stakeholder engagement, managing complex projects and utilizing change management methodologies. Experience in the energy and renewables space is strongly preferred.
