Lean Marketing Manager

Job Description

Our customer is a leading internationally sucessful manufacturer with a revenue of around 4 Billion Euro and 27.000 employees globally. They created the new role as Lean Marketing Manager to implement Lean tools within the market reach department and avoid waste to improve the end-to-end customer experience. You would be beased in the HQ and reporting to the Head of Global Lean Management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • drive the Lean mindset and develop LEAN initiatives with the Marketing department
  • ensure the implementation of targets and roadmaps 
  • coach Lean champions on Lean, Kaizen workshops and value stream projects
  • collaborate with other Global Lean Managers to define best practices

Experience and qualifications:

  • Master or bachelor in Engineering or Business Administration
  • broad experience leading LEAN implementation and LEAN mindset
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an international environment
  • experience in facilitating Kaizen workshops & driving lean projects
  • great team player who wants to further develop his career within the company
