We are currently engaged with a global engineering organization that is extremely dynamic, innovative and customer centric. They are in search for a Life Sciences Field Service Engineer to support the new and growing pharmaceutical segment of the business.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with strong experience in field service and automation. This person should be skilled at building long lasting relationships with numerous customers on multiple different levels. They should be prepared to be responsible for the full lifecycle of both company and non-company products from the agreements to the installation and maintenance. This leader should be naturally collaborative and thrive in problem solving situations. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for forecasting service activities, scheduling services, and supporting customers in all aspects (phone, email, in person etc.)
- Support Life Science customers on full lifecycle of products; including but not limited to, agreements, installation, repair, upgrading, maintenance, troubleshooting, and movement.
- Be a trusted and reliable partner to customers and a strong representative of the organizations Life Science Solutions.
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering in electrical or mechanical engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years practical experience in field service or troubleshooting software and lab equipment
