Job Description

Pacific International has a number of exciting new projects for our interim / independent consultant network. 

We are partnering with a fast growing consulting firm who has a won a major project for a leading Financial Services firm to support a major transformation project for the office of the Group COO of the organization. The projects will delivering Operational Improvement / Transformation in the operations centres and back office environments with operations in Australia. 

These projects will be a series of 16 week assignments starting March - . The work will require you to be onsite with the client for the majority of the project which will likely mean a short trip away from home. 

You will be a delivery lead level individual responsible for coaching, mentoring and delivering the project with the operational teams. Similar level to a McKinsey Stream Lead or Manager/Snr Manager level in a delivery consulting firm. Black Belt and or Lean certification with demonstrable experience in Insurance, Retail / Investment Banking or Wealth Management operations.

Client will pay competitve day rate with a comparable expenses policy.
