Our clients are a global leader in financial services embarking on the second phase of a transformation journey. A key aspect of the transformation will be to identify and develop initiatives tailored for each of the Business Units and you will lead the regional Operational Transformation agenda across 5 operational units.
Within the group they have 13500 FTE's across 5 sites within the UK and is a rapidly growing part of the overall organisation. They support the corporate client footprint and manage the outsourced activities for these clients, including management and support of the functional areas like HR and Benefits
Under the leadership of the GB/Ire/Asia MD and the Group COO; the business is undergoing a Major Operational and Technology driven change programme focused on people, process and technology.
As such, we are seeking a strong Operational Transformation leader, the primary focus is to fully embed OpEx across the business, driving sustainability in terms of operations management capabilities. The right candidate will play a leading role in the identification, assessment and implementation of operational improvement initiatives. You'll ideally have a mixed background in continuous improvement and have lead a business through a change programme and thus engaged with senior stakeholders as well as executed projects across Operational areas and coached and mentored teams etc.
This role will require travel between the sites but if you are Surrey based, this will less frequent due to their site footprint.
