Our client is a global leader in the financial services world with 30,000 employees globally in the midst of a large scale digital transformation program, looking to become one of the most renowned digital banks in the world.
Our client is looking for an Operational Excellence Practitioner to come on board to drive a continuous improvement culture from the bottom up and drive Operational Excellence across the business unit. This person will have experience in coaching and mentoring, proven delivery capability of large scale transformation programs and experience in automation.
The successful candidate will have a mix of in house financial services experience couples with 2-3 years consulting experience.
Key Requirements:
- Certified Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt
- Experience in building a CI culture along with project management capabilities
- Experience in delivering key automation initiatives with tools such as Power BI/ Blueprism
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities to sit with senior leaders and help design the OpEx Strategy
