Within the centralised change team(10), we are working with the Head of Change to bring in an Operational Excellence Manager to identify, design and deliver both tactical and strategic projects across multiple business areas.
This individual will be leading and driving large, complex business improvement programmes, evaluating the problem/challenge at hand and applying the right change tools to deliver the project successfully with tangible benefits for the organisation. As well as hands on delivery, this person will be responsible for cultivating a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation, being an advocate for change and Operational Excellence. Fantastic stakeholder management capability across all levels of the organisation will be critical for success in this role as you enable our clients to be recognised as ‘Best in Class’ within their arena.
This role will be offered on a FTC(6 months-12 months)with the potential to extend/convert to permanent.
