As such, there is an opportunity for an individual who is keen to make a real difference behind the Operational mindset within a unique division- and drive improvement projects end-to-end.
As the group continues to build capability across the board, we are seeking a strong Operational Excellence Project manager to support the core senior leadership team. The primary focus is to fully embed OpEx across the operations, providing operational excellence knowledge, supporting business improvements and ultimately build capability in the Opex function-with a focus on strategic client projects.
The right candidate will play a leading role in the identification, assessment and implementation of operational improvement initiatives. You'll ideally have a background within financial services and continuous improvement, and have led a business through a change programme. Within this experience, you will have engaged with senior stakeholders as well as executed projects across Operational areas and coached and mentored teams etc.
The ideal candidate for this role will have fantastic stakeholder management skills and have a passion for driving a culture of continuous improvement and change within an organisation.
A Black Belt/Green Belt certified candidate with 4+ years of OpEx experience is strongly desireable for this role.
