Pacific have been asked to support one of the UK's largest pension schemes who have recently undergone a transfer of operations back into direct control of the organisation.

 This transfer of operations back into the direct control of our clients represents a new chapter in the delivery of these services and an opportunity to make a real difference across the organisation. 

As the group continues to build capability across the board - we are seeking a strong  Operations Development Manager to support the core senior leadership team, the primary focus is overall responsibility for the day to day working relationship between partner groups and our client. 

The initial focus of this role will the smooth transition to new partners and suppliers, ultimately ensuring a secure and sustainable transition. Over time, the second chapter of delivery in this role will see a focus shift form tactical to strategic changes with a view around CI activities and best-in-class operations. 

With the transition plans and activities an integral part of this role, the right candidate will need to be pro-active and an excellent communicator in linking and striking the balance between our clients and their partners. With that, the right candidate for this role will have a continuous improvement mindset, actively driving improvement opportunities related to partner activities, while working with the internal OpEx team.
