Job Description

Pacific International is looking for a consultant to lead a productivity improvement programme on a greenfield site close to Hamburg, Germany.

You will be joining an existing global improvement initiative with a FTSE 250 organisation. This journey started 2 years ago with a pilot project in the UK, We have expanded off of the back of the success to the US in 2 locations, Europe in 3 Locations and also Asia. The benefit of this is, you will be able to utilise the knowledge and experiences provided by other consultants who are currently deploying improvements/changes to their local facilities.

The right consultant will be Programmatic, with good understanding of Lean process tools/techniques & experience working in a consumer services environment with strong consulting background.

Relevent industry experience includes Operations, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Retail, Hospitality, Facilities Management, Entertainment.

Ultimately we are looking for someone who is personable and able to communicate with all levels within an organisation. You will be required to deliver workshops and facilitate meetings with Ground level operational staff right up to General management/C-Suite in order to understand pain points and inefficiencies within the organisation.

You must be Fluent German and English.
