Pacific have been asked to support a leading financial organisation, who are undergoing continuous improvement to continue to develop their Client Engagement.
As the group continues to re-engineer their Operations and promote a high-end client centric operating model, we are seeking a strong Project Manager/Consultant to support the core senior leadership team. The primary focus is to fully embed Process Improvement projects to support the client centric environment, and mentor and support the internal Financial Advisors and Investment Managers.
The right candidate will play a leading role in the identification, assessment and implementation of operational improvement initiatives. You'll ideally have a mixed background in process improvement and have led operational teams, end to end, through a change programme and establish good relationships with the Client Partners. You will also be required to coach and mentor your colleagues and support them through these programmes.
The ideal candidate for this role will have fantastic stakeholder management skills and be inspired to drive pragmatic improvement projects- so experience here is essential. Furthermore, they must have conducted a systems thinking approach within their previous roles and have experience in coaching and mentoring within a change programme. Green/Black accreditation in Lean Six Sigma is highly desirable.
