Process Improvement and Automation Lead

Job Description

Pacific’s Financial services division have been retained with a long standing investment management firm ($35+ billion in assets as of 2018) who specialize in providing a full spectrum of bespoke investment options for high net-worth clients.


 

In a commitment to deliver and exceed on their client service delivery standards set by the CEO, our clients are continuing to embark on an end-to-end transformation centered around process improvement and automation, bringing a traditional organization and industry into the digital world.

 

As such, Pacific are seeking a Senior Process & Automation Lead to work directly with the Director of Process Excellence and Automation to roll out and execute this transformation across all areas of firm including  Operations, Sales, and Portfolio Management.


 

The right person for this role will have proven experience and knowledge in the application and implementation of automation technologies, managing small to medium cross functional project management teams while driving continuous process improvement (Lean / OPEX projects)


 

With that, strong stakeholder management skills from both an internal and external perspective will be a critical part of this role as our clients pride themselves on a white glove centric approach to their client delivery, ultimately giving the firm their boutique feel.

 

The successful candidate in this role will have 5+ years of advanced knowledge and experience with Robotic Process Automation, and Operating Model Design, familiarity with UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism platforms is a plus for this role but not essential.
