Our client is a US based Investment and Wealth Management firm who's client base are UHNW individuals and collective groups based on both the East and West Coast. The firm is going through major growth and have a 2020 strategy set out by the CEO and board of Directors. Under the leadership of the CEO, the firm has a created a central team that is focused on driving the enterprise wide change activities focused on all areas of people, process and technology.
Working directly for the Director of Performance Excellence and alongside a regional Process Improvement Lead, you'll support a number of change projects focused on new operational, technology and client service opportunities as well as some specific Operational Excellence project using the Lean / Six Sigma skill set.
Within the initial 4 months of the contract, you'll be expected to join the team and get assigned to a specific transformation project or part of a large change initiative across the firm. Working with stakeholders on the east and west coast, you'll need to be comfortable engaging with and support C-level stakeholders on their portfolio of activities within their divisions / group.
Key projects will focus on areas like Client Retention Rate improvement and projects across Operations and Technology designed to deliver ‘sustainable processes with the Portfolio Management team’. The CEO has also committed to investment in CRM and customer interface technologies and you will likely support the process elements of these rollouts.
Background / Key Skills –
• Strong Financial Services and ideally Investment Management / Asset Management background
• Lean or Black Belt trained and certified ideally
• Experience in driving large multi-million dollar projects across Operations & IT.
• Bachelors degree educated and Ideally MBA / CFA a major plus
• Strategic stakeholder management exposure
The initial term is 4 months with a possible contract to hire opportunity as the budget has an additional permanent headcount for Summer 2017 onwards.
